Our EQUIPMENT
A 2-week trial gives miners the opportunity to apply ECORA Eco Release Agent on the selected equipment, under their own operating conditions, with full support of ECORA team and measure the exact benefits generated for the operation and business. At the end of the trial, we deliver a tailored solution recommendation covering the optimal combination of equipment, consumables, services, and business intelligence to achieve the best results.
ECORA Jet is a versatile application option designed for targeted or on-demand use of the Eco Release Agent. It is ideal for situations where machines are not highly mobile, where limited volumes of consumable are needed, or where access is restricted. Its key advantage is mobility — it can move around the mine to apply the product wherever it’s needed, such as for large excavators or other stationary equipment.
ECORA Smart Jet is a semi-automated application system integrated into the mine’s existing equipment cleaning routine, designed to minimise operational disruption. It’s ideally suited for medium to large-scale operations, delivering high efficiency with very low impact on daily processes. By fitting seamlessly into the start-of-day routines, Smart Jet brings greater agility, reduces manual intervention, and ensures consistent application across the fleet. Its adaptable design allows it to be configured for all equipment sizes, making it a flexible and scalable solution for modern mining operations.
ECORA Auto Jet is a fully automated solution that integrates the latest data and analytics technologies — including load scanners, visual systems, physical and ultrasound sensors — to optimise the entire application process. This system is ideal for large-scale, high-intensity operations running continuous shifts, where labour availability is a challenge and operational control is critical. Implementing ECORA Auto Jet involves a comprehensive site study and close collaboration between teams to ensure maximum safety and performance. It’s a powerful option for medium to large equipment fleets, designed to seamlessly enhance efficiency while reducing manual intervention.
ECORA ECO RELEASE AGENT
ECORA is an eco-friendly release agent coating designed to be applied to machinery, creating a protective layer that prevents material from sticking and reduces surface tension. It is available in 10,000-litre tanks or 200-litre drums, with flexible dosing options to suit different operational needs. Biodegradable, non-toxic, and highly effective across all ore types and environmental conditions, ECORA is classified as non-hazardous under GHS7 standards, making it a safe and sustainable alternative for modern mining operations.
